Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to architect and deliver secure, scalable platforms for AI-driven workloads. You will lead cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and contribute to production-grade ML systems and tooling.

Your work will cover end-to-end delivery, API design, and infrastructure automation, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operations for distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from design to production operations.
• Design platform architecture for ML workflows and model serving integration.
• Develop reusable APIs/SDKs and reference implementations for platform adoption.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure reliability, performance, cost efficiency via monitoring and SLOs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines with IaC tools.
