Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or related disciplines.
• Current or previous Labcorp experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, deployment, and lifecycle management of complex software solutions.
• Provides technical leadership across initiatives, ensuring alignment with standards and strategy.
• Develops scalable, maintainable software addressing business priorities.
• Troubleshoots complex software, performance, and integration challenges.
• Promotes engineering standards, documentation, and continuous improvement.
