Job summary

ARCHER is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable cloud software and automation services leveraging AI integration. You will provide technical leadership, guide teams, and establish engineering practices to ensure reliable and secure systems aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of software development experience with strong skills in Java, Go, or C#. You will work on large-scale distributed services and contribute to operational excellence

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least four years of software development experience.
• Strong skills in Java, Go, C#, or similar object-oriented languages; Agentic AI development; large-scale distributed services.
