Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture for scalable SAP Commerce Cloud–based commerce solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, guide platform modernization, and mentor engineering teams across global programs.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise applications, strong SAP Commerce Cloud experience, and hands-on development with Java/Spring. Demands deep cross‑functional collaboration and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, digital commerce, solution architecture, software engineering, or related technical fields, including experience leading architecture strategy and large-scale programs.
• Deep expertise with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including data models, integrations, deployments, and platform governance.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2B2C commerce processes across catalog, pricing, ordering, and order-to-cash.
• Hands-on software development with Java, Spring, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP BTP; API, middleware, and headless commerce capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead technical work across internal teams and partners, with governance and architectural reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and design scalable commerce architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture strategy for complex B2B and B2B2C commerce solutions and integrations with ERP/CRM/PIM.
• Provide technical leadership across the SDLC, mentor teams, and govern standards and practices.
