Job summary

Acushnet Company, the maker of Titleist, seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to define and deliver scalable B2B and B2B2C commerce architectures across global platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and future-ready commerce ecosystems.

In this role you will lead SAP Commerce Cloud initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and drive modernization, performance, and reliability across complex multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, digital commerce, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Deep expertise with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) including platform architecture, data models, integrations, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and design scalable commerce architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture and delivery of complex B2B and B2B2C commerce solutions with ERP/CRM/PIM integrations.
• Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle and mentor teams on engineering standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive modernization and operational excellence.
