Qualifications

• 5 years of real estate industry experience.
• Real Estate License or state-required experience/education to qualify as an instructor.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively utilize technology.
• Adaptability to new teaching methods and changing course materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills for live online and video teaching.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors.
• Strong presentation and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the communication and outreach for all instructors.
• Collaborate with School and Product Managers on standardizing live online delivery.
• Groom instructional staff to refine live online and on-demand course offerings.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and improve performance of instructional staff.
• Coordinate and communicate staff and student feedback to content creators and subject matter experts.
• Support students in their education efforts.
• Assist in building relationships with organizations that recruit for licensing or continuing education.
• Collaborate with instructors for content feedback collection.
• Analyze instructor evaluations and follow up with instructors and students for feedback.
• Develop enhanced instructor evaluation techniques with School Managers, including auditing of classes.
• Collaborate with content management on content updates as needed.
• Validate payroll approval for all part-time instructors.
• Teach as needed.
• Assist School Manager/Director in B2B outreach, site visits, trade shows, and relationship building.
