Job summary

Kaplan is hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Instructor to deliver live and online courses remotely. You will serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for students, ensuring high-quality in-person and virtual classroom experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate, an active license, and strong communication and tech skills. You’ll collaborate with peers, adapt teaching methods, and support student success while meeting schedule and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in Real Estate.
• Active and unencumbered Real Estate License.
• State required experience and/or education to qualify as an instructor.
• Proficient with Google, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to effectively utilize technology.
• Adaptability to new teaching methods and changes in course materials.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a real estate industry expert by staying updated on trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment to foster engagement.
• Mentor students and drive their success throughout the course.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Address student questions during and after learning sessions.

• Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and student concerns requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff for cohesive learning experiences.
