Job summary

Kaplan Professional is recruiting an Instructor Supervisor / Lead Instructor for Real Estate. This role will oversee the delivery of education, recruit and supervise instructors, and develop live online and on-demand courses to be best in class.

You will standardize delivery, groom staff, and collaborate with content and school managers while supporting students and cultivating industry relationships nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5 years of real estate industry experience required.
• Real estate license required by state.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own outreach and communication for all instructors.
• Standardize live online delivery with School and Product Managers.
• Groom instructional staff to refine live online and on-demand offerings.
• Lead efforts to increase productivity across instructional staff.
• Coordinate staff and student feedback to content and SMEs.
• Support students in their education efforts.
• Build relationships with organizations that recruit into real estate.
• Collaborate with instructors for content feedback.
• Analyze instructor evaluations and gather feedback.
• Develop enhanced instructor evaluation techniques with School Managers.
• Coordinate content updates with content management.
• Validate payroll approval for all part-time instructors.
• Teach as needed.
• Assist School Manager/Director in B2B outreach and events.
