Managed Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Professional Fee Coding Auditor for remote, full-time work nationwide. You will audit medical records to determine accurate professional fee codes (CPT/E/M/HCPCS) and produce formal reports under supervision. Strong multispecialty coding and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Credential requirement: CPC or CCS-P; CPMA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience abstracting CPT, E/M, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM.
• 5+ years leading or performing professional fee audits.
• Advanced multispecialty coding in 10+ specialties.

Responsibilities

• Audit multi-specialty provider and coder records for professional fees.
• Enter data into audit software and prepare audit findings.
• Review physician documentation for quality and coding accuracy.
• Produce audit reports and executive summaries for clients.
• Train and QA team members and interface with client contacts.
