Job summary

Duke Energy in the Carolinas is seeking an experienced non-supervisory leader to manage program operations for products and services. You will coordinate strategy, performance indicators, and program activities to support reliable business operations.

Responsibilities include vendor management, market analysis, and leading outreach to partners and customers, with a focus on energy efficiency initiatives and service improvements across NC/SC territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field with 1+ year of related work experience.
• Associates degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support management and operation of Duke Energy products, programs and services.
• Set strategies and plans focusing on customer needs and allocate budget/resources.
• Develop, manage, and maintain program documentation of performance and SOPs.
• Analyze information to prepare summaries leading to improvements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and propose necessary modifications.
• Implement tools, software and processes for CRM and vendor information exchange.
• Promote energy efficiency rebates and incentives to trade allies within territory.
• Speak to large groups to educate external partners on Duke Energy's offerings.
• Analyze market research results and identify promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns and measure performance.
