Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Sr Lead Product Manager for Infrastructure Network Services. You will own the full lifecycle strategy for strategic product families, coordinating across engineering, architecture, design, and operations to deliver modernization initiatives.

This role requires depth in product management, the ability to influence senior leaders, and the capability to operate across complex, multi-domain initiatives including Optical, Ethernet, digital enablement, and API-enabled

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product management for Enterprise Infrastructure Network Services.
• Proven leadership in large matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing portfolios or product families across cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to connect product strategy with architecture and customer experience.
• Thrives in remote work environments and can lead distributed teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle strategy and management for strategic product families.
• Develop long-term roadmaps, use cases, and investment priorities.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable product plans and MVPs.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate modernization opportunities and sequencing.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, architecture, design, and operations.
• Present vision, risks, tradeoffs, and progress to executives.
• Drive API-enabled designs and scalable, customer-centric product experiences.
