Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as hardware, networking, storage, deployment, automation, scaling, resilience or performance.
• Experience with Palo Alto in large-scale, multi-region enterprise deployments.
• Experience with Zero Trust and SSE/SASE architectures for end-user connectivity is required.
• Experience integrating endpoint, identity, SIEM, and network security controls for governed operations.
• Hands-off experience deploying and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma services, and Strata Cloud Manager in enterprise environments.
• Experience with operational discipline in incident/problem/change management and audit-ready documentation.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within infrastructure workflows with validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and document mitigation options, handling sensitive data.
• Architects and implements changes to resolve issues and modernize processes.
