Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Industrialization & Readiness Engineer to lead industrialization activities for new products and significant manufacturing changes across the MDC production network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Supply Chain Performance to align readiness and develop scalable manufacturing strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing/industrialization, with proven ability to drive assessments,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operations engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience supporting new product introduction, first-of-kind builds, manufacturing capability development, production transfers, or significant manufacturing changes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, operations, and manufacturing organizations.

Responsibilities

• New Product & First-of-Kind Industrialization (Core) – Lead industrialization activities for new products, first-of-kind builds, major product changes, and new manufacturing capabilities.
• Industrial Readiness Coordination (Core) – Lead industrial readiness assessments and readiness coordination activities across manufacturing facilities.
• Industrialization Studies & Manufacturing Optimization (Core) – Lead centralized industrialization studies to improve manufacturing effectiveness, scalability, and execution consistency across the manufacturing network.
• Manufacturing Feasibility & Buildability Assessment – Evaluate products, assemblies, manufacturing concepts, and production approaches to ensure practical, efficient, and scalable execution.
• Cross-Site Industrialization Support – Support consistency of industrialization practices across manufacturing sites.
• Industrialization Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Capture – Capture lessons learned and provide recommendations to improve future industrialization activities.
