Job summary

ConcertAI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer initiatives in its Commercial Solutions business from initiation through deployment. You will coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and data teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software, healthcare tech, data integration or analytics projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PM contact for assigned customer projects and change requests.
• Partner with Customer Success to align execution with customer objectives and commitments.
• Lead kickoff, working sessions, status meetings and governance discussions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, Data Ops, Compliance, QA and Customer Success.
• Ensure project scope, risks, dependencies and changes are properly documented and tracked.
