Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation jobs independently while ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule completion.
• Perform hands-on installation of residential HVAC and geothermal systems per code and manufacturer specs.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1–3 installers and support skill development.
• Ensure materials and equipment are on-site and documented; maintain project records.
• Review work before commissioning and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and communicate effectively with customers and team.
