Qualifications
- 10+ years of hardware design and development experience.
- Strong analog and digital circuit design expertise.
- Experience with FPGA, microprocessors, and microcontrollers.
- Hands-on experience with mixed-signal systems and sensor interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC, and filters.
- Experience with PCB design/review using Altium.
- Knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, USB, Ethernet.
- Experience with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis.
- Familiarity with SPICE/PSPICE simulations and hardware verification.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with EMI/EMC, environmental testing, DFMEA, and reliability analysis.

Seeking a Lead Hardware Design Engineer with strong experience in mixed-signal hardware design, FPGA/microcontrollers, analog & digital electronics, PCB design, and safety‑critical systems. The candidate will lead hardware development from architecture through production, working closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.
- 10+ years of hardware design and development experience
- Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design
- Experience with FPGA, microprocessors, and microcontrollers
- Hands‑on experience with mixed‑signal systems and sensor interfaces
- Strong knowledge of power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC, and filters
- Experience with PCB design/review using Altium
- Knowledge of communication protocols: SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, USB, Ethernet
- Experience with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis
- Familiarity with SPICE/PSPICE simulations and hardware verification
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis skills
- Experience with EMI/EMC, environmental testing, DFMEA, and reliability analysis
- Experience in aerospace, nuclear, medical, industrial, or other safety‑critical products
- Exposure to PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, NAND/NOR Flash
- Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams
