Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience developing secure full-stack applications and leading technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated success mentoring team members and driving project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support secure, scalable full-stack applications and APIs using modern engineering practices.
• Lead technical solution design, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept efforts for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and business partners to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply microservices, cloud-native, and full-stack design patterns for performance and maintainability.
• Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and support hiring and onboarding activities.
• Participate in on-call support, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
