Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional full-stack design and software development.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or mentorship capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js.
• Experience with relational databases or data warehouses (Snowflake preferred) and SQL tuning.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable code.
• Proactive, independent mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the Full Stack SME.
• Architect and build secure, high-performance Java/Spring Boot back-end and React front-end apps.
• Design data layer integration with Snowflake and optimize UI-backend interaction.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with Product Owners to translate needs into tasks.
• Drive security and PCI compliance in architecture and credentials management.
• Oversee multi-level unit and integration testing to ensure data accuracy.
