Qualifications

• Experience in Java/.NET full stack development using C#, ASP.NET, APIs.
• Hands-on with Angular and/or React.js front-ends.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Proven debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple tech stacks, including Java apps.
• Experience with application and database migrations.
• Familiarity with OpenShift, NAS storage, and file transfer/messaging mechanisms.
• Exposure to security scans (Black Duck, Checkmarx) and fixing vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of SLA management and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise apps using Java/.NET and Angular/React.js.
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshoot production issues across distributed systems.
• Engage with business users to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and document corrective actions.
• Prepare technical summaries and analysis reports for development teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders proactively.
• Provide both technical and functional guidance across applications and systems.
• Coordinate with teams to manage deliverables and continuous improvements.
• Mentor team members on solutions, best practices, and business context.
