Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Sr Lead Software Engineer within Asset & Wealth Management to define and drive the firm-aligned strategy for UAT data provisioning at scale.

You will build a reusable UAT Data Platform delivering reliable datasets across multiple SORs with governance and orchestration. Lead cross-functional teams to adopt modern engineering practices, secure coding, and reliable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Design and build workflow-driven automation platforms and APIs
• Experience with CI/CD, automation pipelines, and runbooks

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform and governance outcomes for UAT data refresh and provisioning
• Set strategy and standards for UAT data provisioning and golden path patterns
• Own UAT Data Platform roadmap and cross-SOR coordination
• Establish governance with access management, audits, retention, and quality checks
• Lead end-to-end orchestration of UAT refreshes across multiple SORs
• Build self-service capabilities for refresh requests and automated workflows
• Drive engineering excellence, security, and incident response
• Influence teams to adopt standardized approaches and tooling
• Act as accountable technical leader for UAT data provisioning and platform stability
