Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead Senior to drive end-to-end application development across large, enterprise-scale platforms from our Atlanta area office. The role blends in-office collaboration 1-2 days per week with flexible remote work to support productivity.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in IT or CS and 9+ years of experience, with strong Kubernetes experience and proficiency in Python, Go or Typescript.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 9 years experience.
• Experience with multi dimensional platforms, and business and technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains end-to-end application systems across large enterprise platforms.
• Leads requirements gathering with customers and reviews designs with business teams.
• Oversees architectural functions and ensures scalability and reliability of systems.
• Drives change management processes and coordinates with multiple teams.
• Reviews and guides technical design and code reviews, and ensures testing plans are followed.
• Partners with stakeholders to set long-term technical direction and strategy for infrastructure.
