Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Senior Developer to join our Full-Stack engineering team in Chicago. You will design and maintain applications using .NET Core/Framework and modern JavaScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software for healthcare.

Mentorship, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles are key parts of the role. Experience with Angular, SQL Server, Oracle, ETL (SSIS/SSRS), and cloud deployments (Azure/Oracle Cloud) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Management, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with one platform in software development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET stack and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core/Framework and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and technical specs.
• Design scalable database schemas; optimize ETL with SSIS/SSRS.
• Mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews with SOLID principles.
• Implement and test APIs (Web API, RESTful, WCF) and cloud deployments (Azure/Oracle Cloud).
