Job summary

Celestica is seeking skilled software engineers to develop orchestration software for next-generation data centers featuring GPU/AI compute elements. You will design, deploy, and monitor full-stack solutions, and leverage cloud-native methods to support Kubernetes deployments across scenarios.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, mentoring teammates, and delivering robust test strategies and frameworks to improve velocity and reliability in data-center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–12 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience validating orchestration software in data center deployments.
• Extensive networking testing across datacenter deployment types (L3, BGP EVPN).
• Hands-on testing with virtual topologies and testbeds.
• Proficient in test automation using Python and UI testing with Selenium and Ansible for network automation.
• Experience analyzing REST/Redfish endpoints and building mock systems for velocity.
• Clear written and verbal communication for architecture and technical forums.

Responsibilities

• Architect/Develop/Validate a full stack application for designing, deploying and monitoring next-gen data centers with GPU/AI compute elements.
• Support Kubernetes deployments via cloud-native development practices.
• Develop network validation techniques for GPU-centric traffic patterns.
• Optimize code for performance, efficiency, and scalability; explore GenAI tools to boost development.
• Collaborate with engineers and leads to drive fast execution and triage issues.
• Mentor team members on technical skills and problem-solving approaches.
• Create test strategies and frameworks for REST APIs, UI, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Coordinate with product management, customers, and sales to review plans and ensure smooth handoffs to testing teams.
