5C Data Centers is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, GPU Infrastructure to lead planning, deployment, and operational readiness of large-scale AI infrastructure environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in infra engineering or datacenter deployment.
• 5+ years leading deployment/ops teams for AI/HPC infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and validation of large-scale NVIDIA GPU clusters.
• Oversee GPU interconnects (InfiniBand/Ethernet), optimize spine-leaf, RDMA, telemetry.
• Drive provisioning automation using IaC and MaaS to create repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate with PMO, datacenter ops, and vendors; track milestones in Jira.
• Mentor teams; develop operational docs and scalable deployment frameworks.
