Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps experience with senior responsibilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on with GitHub for version control, workflows, and repo mgmt.
• Strong Terraform IaC expertise.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Kubernetes experience across cloud and on‑prem; OpenShift a plus.
• Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics monitoring.
• Knowledge of security, DevSecOps, and compliance basics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
• Generative AI experience is preferred for automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Deploy and scale workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Implement observability using Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Apply DevSecOps practices and automated security controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Security teams.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
