Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, strategy development, or a related role within the energy industry.
• Experience in conducting exploratory data analysis and producing research publications or public disclosures.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and messaging strategies.
• Experience analyzing energy policy, regulatory models, or energy market issues.

Responsabilités

• Drive the strategy and execution of Google's public-facing energy research and disclosures.
• Lead complex exploratory data analysis and research initiatives to inform our data center energy location strategy and broader energy market positioning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to scope, manage, and publish high-impact research on energy technology, policy, and markets.
• Translate highly technical data and complex energy concepts into accessible messaging strategies for non-technical audiences and executive leadership.
• Support Google's global sustainability objectives by helping navigate and shape regulatory frameworks, public sentiment, and industry-wide energy disclosures.
