Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Analyzer Engineers to support refinery objectives.
• Establish priorities, allocate resources, and oversee the work of employees and contractors.
• Foster collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, Turnarounds, and Process Safety teams.
• Provide leadership in process safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee reliability, availability, and integrity of E&I systems and drive asset strategies.
