Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
- 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in oil & gas or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and equipment.
- Experience drafting and reviewing calculations, drawings, specs, and reports.
- PE license preferred; strong leadership and project planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering activities.
- Lead electrical engineering teams through project execution.
- Oversee design and implementation of power distribution systems.
- Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and reports.
- Support design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Support scoping, estimating, scheduling, and proposals.
- Monitor deliverables and project progress.
- Identify scope changes and assess technical risks.
- Contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
