Job summary

Linde Engineering Americas, a division of Linde plc, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and oversee power distribution for first-of-kind industrial projects in the U.S. You will perform load flow, short circuit studies, relay coordination, and arc flash analyses using ETAP/SKM and AutoCAD.

Requirements include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of experience, and PE licensure or ability to obtain. Strong NEC/ISA/IEEE knowledge and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of NEC, ISA, and IEEE standards.
• Proficient with ETAP/SKM and AutoCAD; SmartPlant preferred.
• Experience leading large industrial projects.
• Strong documentation and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical power distribution systems for large first-of-kind industrial applications.
• Perform calculations and studies for electrical power systems using ETAP and/or SKM.
• Develop concepts for protective relays based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company/project instructions and specifications.
• Ensure electrical vendor quality aligns with PO scope and system functionality.
• Approve technical bid tabulations for major electrical equipment.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and schedules.
• Develop manpower plans and capacity for project delivery.
• Create RACI for global work share to achieve goals.
