Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking an experienced industrial electrical maintenance professional to identify, develop and execute preventive and predictive programs across multiple facilities in Texas. You will maintain distribution systems up to 138 kV, manage medium/large motors, and perform advanced diagnostics to ensure reliability.

The role requires field work with about 20% travel and a strong safety culture. Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Hands-on field service experience with industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance methods and standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems up to 138 kV and related equipment.
• Handle motors up to 40,000 hp and 15 kV with safety and precision.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and lead maintenance work and improve reliability.
• Perform infrared thermography, oil analysis, partial discharge, and power quality assessments.
