Job summary

Incedo Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Lead Developer with strong hands-on Master Data Management (MDM) and IBM InfoSphere MDM skills.

The role focuses on design, development, and implementation of scalable MDM solutions while providing technical leadership across the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with architecture, data teams, and business analysts in a hybrid onsite environment to deliver robust data governance, data quality, and integration capabilities for enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with MDM.
• Extensive experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data models, hierarchies, and matching/merging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using IBM InfoSphere.
• Develop and enhance MDM applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the application development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
• Design and implement MDM data models, business rules, hierarchies, and workflows.
• Develop integrations between InfoSphere MDM and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain APIs, web services, and interfaces for MDM integration.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, data teams, and other application development teams.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, solution design, and development best practices.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in deployment and release activities across development, QA, and production environments.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools.

Lead Experience

• Proven experience working as a Senior/Lead Developer on large-scale enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead technical design and development activities.
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code/design reviews.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with onsite/offshore development teams.
