Job summary

alexanderwang llc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Development for Denim and Unisex. You will own the development process end-to-end, directing tech packs, fabric and wash programs, and vendor coordination to ensure samples meet brand standards and schedules.

You will collaborate with design and the in-house atelier, manage calendars and budgets, and ensure timely hand-offs across proto to SMS. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product development, denim and/or unisex, with end-to-end proto to SMS experience.
• Experience with an in-house atelier and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for denim and unisex categories from concept to SMS.
• Lead tech packs, fabric/wash development, and vendor relationships to meet standards and deadlines.
• Review proto/SMS tech packs for accuracy and input/style data in PLM systems.
• Maintain calendars, budgets, POs, and cross-functional schedules with design, materials, and merchandising.
