Job summary

Lumen seeks a highly analytical Business Analyst to support the Lumen Connect platform and AI initiatives. You will define success metrics, build measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to drive product decisions, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency.

The role requires constructing dashboards using Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI-assisted tools, and enabling self‑service analytics for business users across product, operations, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Define and track business KPIs aligned to product objectives and business outcomes.
• Build measurement frameworks and executive scorecards for visibility into platform performance.
• Create self‑service reporting capabilities enabling business users to access data.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions for product, operations, and executives.
• Develop reporting using Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SQL and Python.
• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual data preparation.
