• Align roadmaps and dependencies across teams to ensure coherent platform direction.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from discovery to rollout and long-term ownership.
• Make architectural decisions across lakehouse storage, compute, and orchestration.
• Establish standards and patterns to improve onboarding, operation, and reliability.
