• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in data science, statistics, econometrics, or related field.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, model validation, bias analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
