Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Senior Lead Data Platform Engineer - Cloud to support data management and analytics for the data platform team. You will organize data from multiple sources and drive scalable cloud data services while aligning with operational plans and roadmaps.

The role requires strong data engineering expertise, collaboration across teams, and leadership in cloud adoption to enable efficient data consumption for business operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory and Windows Server.
• Senior level operational support for large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Designing and integrating Entra ID/AD services across multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with MFA, SSO and certificate management.
• Understanding of networking concepts and cloud integration (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide lead level technical support, design, and implementation for Entra and AD across enterprise, including cloud deployments.
• Develop and enhance Entra ID and AD engineering standards for multi-site orgs.
• Build technical partnerships with architecture, operations, and support teams.
• Automate authentication solutions in multi-forest/multi-domain environments with cloud integration.
• Deliver third-level support for enterprise Entra ID and AD, including related tools.
