Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Senior Lead Data Platform Engineer - Cloud to provide data management and analytics support for the data platform team. You will lead cloud-based data services, integrate data from diverse sources, and drive platform roadmaps across a multi-site environment.

Role requires 7+ years IT experience, strong Entra ID/AD expertise, and enterprise authentication skills. Hybrid onsite work in the United States with a 23-month term and a base pay range of $58.22–$84.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience in a customer-facing role or professional services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server and related technologies
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise authentication services (SSO, MFA, OAuth/SAML)
• Strong knowledge of network basics and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Proven ability to automate and script (PowerShell)
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Lead data platform initiatives and cloud service integrations
• Review requirements, build scalable processes, populate data in the cloud
• Curate large real-time and relational data for the team
• Improve data cloud architecture and team processes
• Define roadmap, requirements, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate complex integrations with data engineering
• Collaborate with engineers on platform and cloud management
• Provide senior-level support for Entra ID and AD across the enterprise
