Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care: pruning, removals, cabling.
• Climb trees safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Operate chainsaws and bucket trucks effectively.
• Apply ANSI A300 pruning standards and safety guidelines.
• Identify hazards and perform safety checks before, during, and after each job.
• Assist in safe takedowns with ropes, spikes as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with team and clients.
