Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. with relevant life-science training and industry-experienced post-graduate research.
• Experience in supervising/train junior team members is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal investigator and supervise/train junior team members.
• Troubleshoot ELISA, MSD ECL, and Luminex assays and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform fit-for-purpose LBA method validation, stability testing, and bioanalysis per FDA/ICH/EMA guidelines.
• Prepare documentation/reports for drug and biomarker bioanalysis across various matrices.

• Sr. Scientist, ELISA Immunoassay Bioanalysis

Sr. Scientist, ELISA Immunoassay Bioanalysis – Hamden, CT, USA

Role

• Act as principal investigator, take responsibility for assigned projects, and supervise/train junior team members
• Troubleshoot complex assay, identify kit/material issues (ELISA, MSD ECL, and Luminex Multiplex), and resolve with vendors
• Perform fit-for-purpose Ligand Binding Assay (LBA) Method Validation , stability testing, and high-quality bioanalytical sample analysis as per FDA/ICH/EMA guidelines
• Prepare timely documentation and reports covering objectives, methods, analysis, and results for drug and biomarker bioanalysis in a variety of species and biological matrices (whole blood/plasma/serum, urine, tissue homogenate, etc.)
• Support business development and marketing activities, foster client relationships and help onboard new clients

Qualifications

• Ph.D. (2+ years) / M.S. (4+ years) in biology, biochemistry, or related areas
