Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Architect to modernize our contact center platform by migrating from on-premises solutions to Amazon Connect. You will leverage AWS, telephony, and networking expertise to influence product design and drive operational excellence.

You will mentor engineers, guide technology evaluations, and deliver secure, high-quality production code while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system design, development, testing and operations.
• Advanced proficiency with AWS, telephony, and networking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions and contact center migrations.

Responsibilities

• Represent technical governance bodies for contact center modernization.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers.
• Guide evaluation of current and emerging technologies for future state architecture.
• Develop secure production code; review code written by others.
• Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and operations.
• Collaborate across business, technical teams, contractors and vendors.
• Serve as SME in cloud contact center architecture, telephony and networking.
• Advocate firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices within engineering community.
• Influence peers and project decisions to adopt leading-edge technologies.
