JPMorganChase in Wilmington, DE seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive design and delivery of scalable, secure technology across consumer banking platforms. You will guide multi-region AWS-based systems, mentor engineers, and shape the technical roadmap with a focus on reliability and performance.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience including leadership, strong Python/Node.js/JavaScript skills, and expertise in cloud, AI/ML, and integrations with CRMs.

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, Amazon Connect & AWS Ecosystem.
• Experience in Contact Center Operations & Agent Experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, Amazon Connect & AWS Ecosystem
• Contact Center Operations & Agent Experience
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Javascript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently for Omnichannel Engagement
• Third-Party Integrations:Experience integrating with CRMs or case management.
• Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least3 years managing development or engineering teams
