Job summary

State Street in Quincy, MA seeks a technology leader to drive development, modernization, automation, and operational excellence for large-scale regulatory applications in financial services. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a technical field.
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development in large-scale financial services.
Minimum 3 years of additional hands-on development experience in similar environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technology leadership across multiple large-scale business applications.
Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade applications and services.
Continuously improve development, support, and operational processes.
Identify and implement automation to improve efficiency, quality and reliability.
Drive modernization and DevOps adoption across the SDLC.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on expectations for functionality, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with partners to ensure secure, reliable daily operations.
Mentor technical talent and partner with business stakeholders.
