Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer in Plano/US with extensive experience across AI, data, and cloud platforms. You will drive end-to-end ML workflows, design scalable architectures, and own critical technology solutions in a secure, production-ready environment.

You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams, mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar through architecture and rigorous validation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on depth in Python, including building and maintaining APIs/SDKs.
• Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and QA for correctness, performance, security.
• Experience delivering platforms involving Generative AI, including LLM orchestration patterns.
• Practical experience with AWS, containerized platforms (EKS/ECS), and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Contributes production code and owns end-to-end delivery from design through production operations.
• Leads system and platform architecture for components supporting end-to-end ML workflows.
• Designs and develops agentic AI capabilities that analyze workloads and generate optimization recommendations.
• Builds and maintains reusable APIs/SDKs to enable platform adoption across teams.
• Partners with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensures platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency with SLOs and monitoring.
