Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join the Firmwide AI/ML Deployment Platform team in Plano, TX. You will design, build, and deploy AI-driven observability and automation across AWS, Azure and GCP, unifying metrics, logs and traces to enable self-healing IT operations.

Responsibilities include building control-plane pipelines, integrating with ticket systems, and driving AI-assisted practices to raise code quality, security, and delivery speed while reducing MTTR

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of applied software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java with experience integrating LLM/ML models.
• Familiarity with time-series forecasting, NLP for log/ticket clustering, and responsible AI concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SDLC tools and AI-assisted development practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy infrastructure solutions for seamless integration of control plane and user accounts.
• Design pipelines to ingest, aggregate, and correlate telemetry data from multi-cloud infrastructures.
• Architect and implement closed-loop automation playbooks for self-remediation of common failures.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Build and operationalize LLM/ML models for anomaly detection and predictive health monitoring.
• Integrate AI engine with ticket data to map observability insights against trends and reduce MTTR.
• Create self-service portals or conversational interfaces for non-expert teams to diagnose issues.
