Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 6 years of experience developing AI/ML
• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 4 years of experience developing AI/ML
• Experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure) and leading AI projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies (AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch)
• Invent and apply state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques for production
• Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap of foundational AI systems
