Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in Python and Java.
• Experience with AI components and their application in modern stacks.
• Foundational understanding of cloud services, AWS, and cloud-native practices.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with validation of outputs.
• Strong emphasis on responsible AI, security, and compliant adoption.
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery; understanding of SDLC.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
• Interest in financial markets and trading and collaboration with Credit Sales and Trading teams.
• Strong communication and leadership in technology advancement through AI.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Build and support AI-native systems and modernize incumbent systems with AI tooling.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
• Utilize SDLC tools to improve automation and value realization.
• Engage with Credit Sales and Trading to align technical solutions with business strategy.
• Architect and build hands-on systems, develop secure production code, and review others’ code.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring remediation and improve stability KPIs.
• Partner with L1 support teams to ensure production reliability and rapid issue resolution.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectural designs.
• Lead communities of practice to promote new technologies.
• Contribute to team culture of diversity and inclusion.
