Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD, DevOps, or release-engineering platforms and tooling.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, API development, Python, and Shell scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating AI outputs for correctness.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate AI-driven remediation workflows into enterprise CI/CD pipelines and evidence capture for audit.
• Build and operate the evaluation harness to prove agent quality and delivery readiness at scale.
• Implement the PR-provenance contract end-to-end including signed commit attestation and rollback envelope.
• Own subsystems within the harness and manage evaluation fixtures, replay tooling, and regression corpora.
• Co-own reliability and observability including metrics, logs, and dashboards for drill-down analysis.
• Contribute to agent-skill design reviews and elevate audit-control questions to senior levels.
• Support rollout of lint rules, quality gates, and migration checks within evaluation harness and CI/CD flow.
• Instrument metrics such as repositories evaluated, PR provenance-signed counts, and audit-evidence completeness.
• Promote enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC tooling and enterprise AI capabilities to improve automation.
