Job summary

UPS is seeking a Lead AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on LLM-powered applications, agentic AI, RAG architectures, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Responsibilities include building scalable RESTful APIs, integrating with knowledge graphs and multi-agent systems, and deploying on cloud platforms like GCP Vertex AI and Azure ML. Hybrid work in Alpharetta, GA is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in traditional AI methods including deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, and NLP techniques.
• Production experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector database integration.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and deploys production LLM-powered applications with prompt/context engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Integrates LLMs with knowledge graphs and multi-agent systems to solve complex business problems.
• Architects agentic workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Hugging Face Transformers.
