Qualifications
Bachelor, MSc, or PhD with bioanalytical lab experience.
Experience in method development for bioanalytical assays.
Strong data interpretation and report writing.
Responsibilities
Conducts complex and challenging feasibility/development studies.
Implements new techniques and instrumentation to improve bioanalytical operations.
Directs and conducts both fundamental and general application studies in bioanalytical chemistry.
Monitors, evaluates, and reviews the scientific performance of assays.
Authors scientific papers and presents at meetings.
Mentors staff in techniques and problem solving.
