Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Vice President, Client Processing Manager to lead LC structuring and manage the LC lifecycle for high-priority trade clients. You will train the team, ensure timely processing, and collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Product, Risk & Compliance.

The role requires a deep Trade Finance background, strategic leadership, and a track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Trade Finance domain with LC, documents, and guarantees experience.
• Knowledge of UCP, URDG, and ISP guidelines; sanctions/AML awareness is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train the team on issuance, confirmation vetting, and document examination.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of high-priority client transactions.
• Provide insights to manage client expectations and support risk management.
• Lead workflow optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Risk & Compliance on LC/guarantees vetting.
• Act as escalation point for complex problems; mentor staff.
